It's because we have a regularly scheduled two-hour meeting to finish up the water study. The idea was always to add this two-hour meeting on the net-zero accelerator on top of another meeting. We were going to do it Monday on top of another meeting. It was always a question of adding two hours to an existing meeting. That's what the motion said.
