I would like to go back to Mr. Pomeroy, if I may, and talk about the flooding. It doesn't respect borders. The Ottawa River, for example, runs between Ontario and Quebec. With the absence of a coordinated national forecasting framework, what does that mean in practice for communities that sit within shared or interprovincial boundaries?
