Ultimately—I hope you would agree—it would be of value to have the government release that data so we can see what was saved for the economy and for individual families who are embracing these programs, these new technologies and these retrofits, versus what was spent. Then we can identify whether this a good use of taxpayers' money and if it actually worked in the real world. Is that a fair assessment?
