That is one of our strategic factors to move towards representation by population. Last year, more investments were made in Quebec.
Another fairly important program is our net‑zero acceleration program, which is more focused on reducing greenhouse gases. It was created nearly a year ago. Since then, two new programs have also been offered to Quebec municipalities: the adaptation program and the growing Canada's community canopies program.
Municipalities are submitting their first applications because we negotiated an agreement with the Ministère des Affaires municipales et de l'Habitation to respect Quebec's jurisdiction in this area and to ensure that these programs were aligned with and complementary to the provincial government's existing programs.
You can be sure Quebec municipalities are very interested in these two programs. Projects have already started. There is a lot of enthusiasm.
