Yes. I also want to mention that some of the municipalities, through the PACE program, are putting in place special measures for low-income households. They don't necessarily need to go for a loan right away, but it would necessitate special measures, such as grants or different types of capacity building, to enable them to join the movement of home energy retrofits.
