All of those are part of the social benefits of energy retrofits. Once again, a well-designed RCT can identify all these benefits. It's really about ex ante, before deploying the program, setting up an evaluation mechanism where you can identify those benefits.
I'm really glad you mentioned comfort, because comfort is one element or benefit of retrofits that I'm really interested in measuring. I've just never gotten the traction from any partners to work on that.
