Before retrofit energy modelling, we have extremely good technical tools, whether they're static models or dynamic models, that are able to really give us an answer on what that building should operate. Obviously, there's always the factor of how people are going to operate the building. Once you actually have completed a retrofit, a whole building air test is pretty much the gold standard. You'll actually be able to see how well you've sealed up that building and be able to confirm if you actually hit the target of what your retrofit was intended to do.
