Merran Smith, can you tell us about the Alberta moratorium on renewable energy? You mentioned in your testimony that $3 trillion has been invested in renewables. We know that the provinces have a considerable impact on climate policies. What are your comments on that? Can you tell us if this moratorium has had any impact on Alberta's 2030 targets?
