But when your minister is being hung out to dry in the House of Commons day after day on this very question, and you're sitting on a pile of annual reports, five in a row, that all made specific reference to the condition of detainees, wouldn't you advise your minister, “By the way, Minister, that thing that happened in question period today, well, in fact, we do have information about that”, and brief him on it?
