One of the other things you talked about, Professor Greene, was the requirement to meet in person annually. I think there's probably some merit to that. I think that probably if we have the opportunity to sit down and discuss in person, it's easier or maybe better than the way we're handling it now, with a written declaration, and then if there's an issue there's a phone call or whatever it may be.
