Yes, sorry; that's true. I'm trying to do four things here at once, colleagues. Bear with me.

The other thing that I'll advise you is that if we're going to do this, then we need to provide time and instructions to our analysts so they can prepare an interim report. If we were to reschedule the workload, I'd suggest to you that if we met until the 7th or 9th, we would probably exhaust our witness list anyway and we would be looking at a final report. We would probably be much closer to a final report than an interim report.

That's my opinion. I don't know if that will be the case.

That's why I say I would aim for a final report, but if we determine at the time that it's to be an interim report so that we can provide something to the minister, so be it. I think the goal should be to have a comprehensive report.

To be clear what we're voting on, we're voting on an actual motion to change the work schedule rather than to meet as a subcommittee. The motion is that we suspend the study of the Privacy Act Review and we dedicate all future meetings until the end of June to the Information Act review.
