Ms. Bednar, to pick up where we left off before, does corporate consolidation make it easier for Canada to regulate something like knowability as a right? This idea about the illusion of choice is something you've talked about a lot in your writing.
I think some of that is there's a little bit more transparency for those who are looking and for those who have been presented with that information, but does it make it easier if we're dealing with a smaller number of really big players that are controlling many things? Does that make it easier, or does that have the opposite effect? Is it a bigger challenge for us?
