We’re seeing many companies investing in artificial intelligence in a bid to replace their employees and to make more profits. I raised this question in committee last week, and it prompted some valuable answers. People have questions.
When big tech companies invest in artificial intelligence, how do they measure their return on investment? Do they actually have good returns or ultimately, is it more expensive for them to manage artificial intelligence and ensure the work is done properly than to have a well-trained employee to do the same job?
I’d like to hear your thoughts on that.
