He is someone who, because of his past life in the business world, knows so many people that there is a presumption of lobbying wherever he goes. So it's important to handle it correctly. We assume he does it, but there's not really any evidence.
Do you feel that the weight of the checking done by the office of the Prime Minister is such that the Commisioner of Lobbying might lack resources for his other tasks?
