On this particular issue, I'm not familiar with the Driver Inc. case, so I can't comment on it directly.
The one thing I would say is that a move towards greater transparency in investigations would also raise a hesitation about the weaponization of a complaints process, and we've seen that utilized against our community in other fora, so I think there's a balance to be had there.
