We know, every one of us in this room, anecdotally, that some people, when they retire, downsize. My brother just sold his house in Edmonton to buy a house in Thunder Bay for half the price. There's lots of anecdotal evidence. What I'm looking for is empirical data on this issue that I can report back on.
