They say not to hung up on the wealthy individuals, because that's not the message they want to attack the Liberals on.

What's reported is that you clarified that there would be only a very specific case or cases that would actually equate to 73%. That's certainly the messaging they want to counter: to not focus on wealthy individuals but the middle class. Can you comment on that 73% number and the scenarios that it really matters in?
