I fully agree with Silas.
What we're seeing is an accumulation of assets by the top 1% and 0.5% of folks who are categorized by net worth in Canada and globally. That means those individuals have greater purchasing power. They are able to purchase assets from the government and pass those costs down to the middle class and the working class, and then costs go up.
