Our government has taken significant action in reducing temporary foreign workers across the country. First of all, we're down 70% in low-wage positions and 50% overall in the use of temporary foreign workers. We've worked really closely with unions and trainers, as well, to make sure that we understand the nature of where that unemployment is in the skilled trades.
