That's why I am reading the parts of the subamendment that are relevant to the argument I'm making at hand. I'm not even reading the whole subamendment, because I don't want to put the committee through reading the entire subamendment word for word. I'm just reading portions. Then I got accused of reading the wrong subamendment. No, I'm reading the correct subamendment.
