I would agree that there are certain inputs that Canadian manufacturers need that are available only in the U.S. The U.S. is always going to be our largest trading partner. It's just a fact of life. Gravity is what it is. They're a large market. However, I've heard of issues with the remissions program, similar to those issues Mr. Mueller mentioned. We appreciate that the program is in place—
