We welcome Bill C-39, because it will make the manufacturing and equipment side permanent, which is a long-standing ask by CME. An additional benefit would be to make buildings permanent, too, because that's all part of the package when you're considering whether to invest in Canada or not. Many major manufacturers in Canada are multinational corporations, and when Canadian operations are competing for mandates against other offices within their own corporation, every little advantage would help. That would be another way to help boost our competitiveness.
