When I speak about infrastructure, I'm speaking about community services navigation to access benefits and supports. Crucial to that is also the infrastructure of space for community programming. You could think of it as physical infrastructure, such as the space and resources required to deliver supports and the social infrastructure, which is really the operationalization and functioning of those supports so that there are services, staff and skilled people available to assist residents.
