I move that the committee request the minister and the deputy minister of Fisheries and Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard to attend, either one or preferably both, during the first two weeks of April 2017, or as soon as possible afterwards, to report on the commitments made to the report of the commissioner of the environment and sustainable development.
