Again, most of the actual scientific analysis is done by other parts of the department. There are biologists and other experts in the department. We certainly work with them. We look at the greatest risk to the environment and human health when we make our enforcement decisions.
We have done a number of studies, threat risk assessments and analysis, again with our data scientists, to determine what substances and what regulations and laws we should enforce to make sure we have the greatest impact.
