Mr. Vigneault, there have been calls for bids in these four offshore areas. In making the calls for bids to proponents, your report was a very important part of that. Why was it not comprehensive with respect to historical landings and what the future could be for those fishing grounds and for Canada's food security? Why was that omitted?
