The smaller processors are working into a limited market. They only have access to that. You folks are working into a large market, trying to set up on a national basis. The reality is that if you have a problem with your product, it will affect a lot more people than the product of a small plant, which may affect 10 or 20 people, will. You're potentially affecting thousands of people.
