One other point is that if they do refuse the 12 members on this.... I'm going to work hard on this. I'm going to the Liaison Committee to argue that all 12 members can be here. This is while the House is sitting. I want to see that the committee then decides come February that they're willing to travel.

There's no use going arguing and then having the people not show up. I have been given the directive from the steering committee that if they do not accept the 12 members, then I'd ask for 10.

So do we adopt this budget?
