You're not wrong to dream it. The potential of South Sudan is enormous, both in terms of its agricultural land and its resources. It's critical. The key thing that we've learned over many years, of course, is that the governance structure has to be put in place and the infrastructure has to be put in place. We can give you as many examples of places where there's good land and good resources and lots of companies are involved, and poverty is not reduced because of the governance structure and who captures that wealth.
