As we articulated—and maybe we can elaborate on that in the next round—it's really to look at the various elements that need to be put in place for Iraq and Syria distinctly. What Canada can do very concretely is to look at the political dimension and to look at the military dimension as separate from the humanitarian element. There are things very concretely that we think Canada can do. We can get into that later.
I remember that last year around this same time we talked about the Geneva peace conference. That process is struggling, to put it in the best terms, but there are things that I think Canada can still do politically. But I know that I'm out of time and I want to respect the seven minutes.
