One of your President's priorities is to finalize a new constitution by 2020. Since you were a senior officer or adviser to the United States on political affairs and related democracy, governance and human rights issues, the question is, how will your government—the President and your Parliament—safeguard human rights practices within the new constitution? Will you be able to give us—it's been two years, I believe—some examples on how human rights have advanced? What steps are you taking to ensure that this is happening and is going to help you in 2020 when you put forward the final constitution?
