He did something else as well, and I understand that he also has signalled to Turkey, as an ally and NATO partner, that we wanted to engage with it in a discussion to rebuild the confidence we needed to have before we could go back to a presumption of good faith. Right now, we have a presumption of denial, and we've asked Turkey to engage in a dialogue to re-prove that it will act in good faith.
