Colleagues, we're inside of 10 minutes of scheduled time with our witnesses. I would propose, if the committee agrees, that we go to a quick round, allowing each party to ask a follow-up question of up to three minutes. Everybody will get a chance to ask that second question. This is respectful of our witnesses' time, but also of the constraints of our colleagues and the House of Commons.
