To very briefly speak to the amendment, we have had throughout the debate members of the government professing that they didn't want the amendment to the motion, professing that this study would not proceed until the previous work was complete. Those statements are on the record, so I hope we will be able to hold the government to the statements they've made.

The October 1 date does not mean that it would begin right away after that, obviously, as we do have important work to complete on other fronts, but I do think this is a good amendment. Thanks.
