Why, then, are there still major scandals popping up? I've been here for six years. What will be the next one? You probably know. I'm sure you see what's coming. I'm just wondering. Surely there is a step in the mechanism that is being neglected. Perhaps people are turning a blind eye or keeping silent. There needs to be accountability. Things are totally opaque.
