In closing, I wish to reiterate that I don't feel reassured. It's the same thing every time. It's not like that in Quebec, but at the federal level, we have a habit of asking for external help. It's been adding up. I've been here for six years, and every time the government has outsourced contracts, it's been another scandal. So, let me hope that all the expertise is in-house and that we're going to focus on the people inside.
