Any project referred to us is referred from the government. We look at the applications we receive through the website that I mentioned. There's some assessment against the five factors in the act to see if they would be suitable, if they're at the right stage or if they would benefit from the services that MPO provides. Then we would provide a recommendation to the government. It's the government's decision whether or not to refer a project to the Major Projects Office.
