I would say that the way we designed the buy Canadian policy does not exclude foreign companies. Our domestic companies, which are at issue in your question, can still bid on foreign opportunities—especially when they also have a presence outside Canada. I have to say that this has been very much welcomed by corporations and by Canadian suppliers.
