Some of those elements will be mandatory as they relate to, for example, the use of materials in construction and defence contracts. We have mandatory requirements related to steel, aluminum and wood. Beyond that, we're looking at Canadian value added, both for the services component and for the goods that would comprise the solution being proposed.
