Technically, a lever would be meaningful when the industry…. I understand that there are meetings with all stakeholders in the industrial community, but they have demands and, unfortunately, they are not being heard. We're going to end up saying that the policy has included the word “preference” and not the word “obligation”, because there are currently obstacles to industrial development. We would do well to step up and help each other.
