One other question that I heard from somebody else was, how does article 13.4 of the CUSMA impact this buy Canada policy? Article 13.4 has rules against discrimination against suppliers based on foreign ownership. Our affiliations, and as you pointed out, Dr. Fry, the origin loophole stays wide open, and the USTR has pushed back against this policy.
