To follow up on that, if we're going to a buy Canadian procurement model, Canadian workers, presumably unionized or employed through a fair wage policy, would insist on higher wages, which I think is a good thing, but some of the criticism is that we're moving away from a low-bid public procurement model.
Mr. Delov, how would you respond to that kind of criticism, that there may be a higher price with a buy Canadian policy in place?
