My expertise is not really on the residential side. I'm more on the industrial and manufacturing side. From my conversations, I've heard that a lot of it comes, honestly, to the municipal side, with permitting. That's a lot of it, and then you add in that the people who are supposed to build the houses aren't building because, yes, there's demand but not the demand at the prices they're trying to get. That's really as much as I can speak about for the residential side or sides like that.
