Given that this is the case, it would seem that investing as a government in growing capacity among young people, investing in newcomers and making sure that they can achieve their economic potential, as well as investing in indigenous communities so that indigenous youth can achieve their potential, would be good ways to mitigate the demographic shift we're seeing in all advanced economies. Would you agree with that?
