I am going to focus on your economic and fiscal outlook. I really want to zero in on one of the statements in the highlights. It says, “Assuming no new measures are introduced and existing temporary measures sunset as scheduled; the budgetary deficit is projected to decline to $58.2 billion by 2030-31”. I want to ask for more of an explanation of that, but perhaps I'll ask my first question.
Your report showed that the debt-to-GDP ratio would be “flat over the medium term”. Is that based on the same assumption: as long as there is no new funding introduced and old temporary spending sunsets?
