I will answer in English for clarity's sake.
PSPC has the responsibility of managing federal assets. From our point of view, we are happy to collaborate here with the committee, as I said in my opening remarks, and with PSPC to share that knowledge and expertise of veterans in order to ensure that these properties can be used appropriately.
As I also said in my opening remarks, the infrastructure of Veterans Affairs Canada is 38 offices across the country and 28 co-locations with Canadian Forces bases to ensure that veterans receive the services and supports that they are so entitled to. Likewise, from an in-person point of view, our most recent client satisfaction survey indicates that 5% of veterans look for in-person services. That infrastructure is there. When it is more convenient, we will have case managers meet veterans in their homes or other convenient locations in that regard to ensure that those needs are met.
