Yes, I think it's a disappointment. It's a see-saw case, in my opinion. One minute they're going to fix it, and everybody's glad to see that happening after a long period of time. Then it's closing and is closed. There's a lot of disappointment. People are hopeful that we'll find a way forward. We believe that the project we proposed does provide a way forward. As far as the community goes, as indicated by Elizabeth, we have a very strong presence of military here, and they want to see it open up.
