Chair, respectfully, it's clear that we are in a filibuster, which is allowed, but this is the government operations committee, not the trade committee or the finance committee.
This motion is to order the production of specific contracts. I am very interested in commenting on the government's approach to softwood lumber, for example, but that is not the motion and that is not the issue before us. If the gentleman opposite wants to filibuster, he has to at least do so in a way that is relevant to the topic.
