Whether the motion comes back or not is not debatable. You just go, “I don't agree.” You don't have to debate the reasons why. That's what is meant by “debatable” and “non-debatable”. If you don't want the motion, you can just say so. That's simply what I'm asking.
I don't have unanimous consent to place this motion back on the Order Paper. Because I do not have unanimous consent, do you wish to have a recorded vote, or do you just want to say whether the motion is passed or not passed?
