My question is for the Canadian Pharmacists Association.
A 2021 review of Health Canada's natural health products program that was carried out by the commissioner of the environment and sustainable development concluded, “Health Canada's oversight of natural health products available for sale in Canada fell short of ensuring that products were safe and effective.” What in this bill addresses those findings, or does it simply remove the tools created in response to them?
